Rebecca Brashears, Au.D., CCC-A

Rebecca Brashears has earned the status of Doctor of Audiology. She has been practicing as a Clinical Audiologist here at Greenwood ENT.  She obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences as well as her Doctorate in Audiology from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Her advanced training includes Otoacoustic Emissions testing, hearing evaluation and consultation, hearing aid fitting, aural (hearing) rehabilitation and balance as well as other electrophysiological testing for infants through adults.

She was inspired to become involved in the field of Audiology as a result of her own hearing impaired status and history. As a child she had numerous middle ear problems which left her with a hearing loss in her right ear. In order to learn the causes of hearing loss and be able to help individuals with their hearing health care, she decided to become an Audiologist. She now enjoys working with patients and being able to improve their overall quality of life! Rebecca and her husband Erick moved to the Greenwood/Laurens area in May 2008 and are looking forward to getting to know the area as well as the community.

Rebecca primarily serves patients in our Laurens and Greenwood locations.
